Meet Nakia Gray, Esq., the visionary force behind Make It Rain Online. Her journey in the legal world began in 2006 when, against conventional advice, she launched her own practice right after being sworn into the Maryland Bar.
Her initial plan to officially start her practice in July of 2007 was accelerated when she achieved remarkable success in the first 90 days. By April 2007, her practice was officially launched, and by the end of the year, she had generated an astounding $150,000 in revenue.
In 2008, consistently bringing in $12-15K each month, she caught the attention of a law firm that was impressed with her ability to generate clients effortlessly. Although she lacked legal expertise, her strong branding and business marketing skills made her a top attorney. After eight successful years as a litigator, she left the firm in 2015 to prioritize her family, rebranding herself as a business and intellectual property attorney for online business owners.
Over the years, having mastered the art of reinvention and building successful law practices, she gained a reputation as a rainmaker. In 2014, she ventured into consulting and coaching other lawyers, recognizing the widespread challenges attorneys face in marketing themselves effectively. This passion for helping fellow legal professionals led to the creation of Make It Rain Online, where she continues to share her expertise, revolutionizing how lawyers approach marketing and sales in the ever-evolving legal landscape.
